Our practice is lead by Dr. Chassidy Teal, an internist located in Atlanta, GA. We provide comprehensive primary care to adults 18 years and older. In internal medicine, we manage both acute and chronic illnesses. With an emphasis on wellness, we incorporate preventive care, a healthy lifestyle and mental health care into our practice. Dr. Teal's patient-centered approach focuses on providing individualized, health care to each patient in an effort to meet their unique needs and goals. She works along-side specialists, in a multi-disciplinary approach to healthcare to ensure the highest quality care for each patient she serves.
